Yara Intelligence was founded to ship AI in production, not to write decks about it. Here's who's behind the work.
Origin
We started Yara Intelligence after years of watching AI projects die in PowerPoint. Brilliant strategies that nobody implemented. Pilots that never made it past pilot. Vendors that disappeared after the first invoice.
The founders had each been on the operator side — shipping AI in regulated insurance, in luxury retail at Kering, in voice infrastructure for hospitality, in WhatsApp commerce for emerging markets. They kept running into the same gap: great strategy, no shipping.
Yara Intelligence exists to close that gap. We ship code, sign NDAs in regulated environments, and hand systems to internal teams that own them on day one. Read more about how we think about the work in our manifesto.

Moussa runs every engagement. Before Yara Intelligence, he led AI deployments in regulated and high-stakes environments across the UAE, France, and West Africa.
He sits in the room when the regulator asks the hard question. He takes the on-call page at 3am. The execution team builds the system; he stays accountable for the outcome.
