Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 May 2026

Yara Intelligence ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using yaraintelligence.com or engaging us as a client, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum we need to operate our business and serve our clients.

Information you give us

  • Contact details (name, email, company) you submit through our forms
  • Project information you share during scoping and engagements
  • Billing and tax information necessary to invoice and meet our compliance obligations

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security monitoring
  • Cookie data — see our Cookie Policy

2. How we use it

We use your information to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) deliver the services you've engaged us for, (c) meet legal and tax obligations, and (d) improve our website. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

3. Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with subprocessors required to operate. Our current subprocessor list includes hosting providers, email infrastructure, billing, and CRM. We sign DPAs with each subprocessor and review the list annually.

For client engagements in regulated environments (e.g. UAE Central Bank, DoH, GDPR perimeters), data residency and subprocessor approval are governed by the engagement contract — not this general policy.

4. Security

We follow industry-standard practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, principle of least privilege for access, and security review on every engagement. For regulated work we operate inside SOC 2, ISO 27001, and client-specified perimeters.

5. Retention

We keep contact information for as long as you remain a prospect or client, plus a reasonable period for tax and legal requirements (typically 7 years for invoicing). Project artifacts are governed by the engagement contract.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email privacy@yaraintelligence.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and how to control them.
