Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and read our published work. You may not (a) reproduce or republish content without permission, (b) attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, (c) misrepresent yourself, or (d) use the site or our services to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

2. Client engagements

Scope

Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Pricing

AI Launch is fixed-price (€25K–€55K). AI Transformation is scoped per use case after a 2-week paid diagnostic. Generation AI is priced per day or per program. All amounts are exclusive of applicable VAT and taxes.

Payment

Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payment may incur statutory interest.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate a SOW with the notice period specified in that SOW. Pre-paid amounts for unused work are pro-rated and refunded.

3. Intellectual property

Code, prompts, configurations, and documentation produced specifically for a client engagement transfer to the client on payment, unless otherwise stated in the SOW. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain ours and are licensed to the client for use within the delivered system.

Public-facing content on this site (including writing, branding, and visual assets) remains the property of Yara Intelligence.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential by default. We sign NDAs before any technical discovery and operate inside the security and compliance perimeter defined in the SOW.

5. Liability

Our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, except where local law forbids such a cap. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Warranty disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" without warranties. Engagements include the warranties stated in the SOW.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. For clients outside the UAE, the SOW may specify alternative governing law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting active client engagements will be communicated directly.
